STATEMENT

Foremost, lighting design is my art. I have made lighting an important part of my life. I use lighting to enhance a show’s inner meaning, to explode a musical, bring fear to a play, and leave the audience wondering if the performer is a magician with the mood changing every time someone enters the stage.

Secondly, I am concerned with energy efficiency. Lighting can use a tremendous amount of power and over taxed outlets and circuits can lead to fire or costly repairs. I am always looking and suggesting alternate ways of using lighting to conserve energy and lower power bills.

I combine lighting design with a creative eye and innovative energy solutions. This is how I make each design stand out from the next, in the eye of the audience and behind the scenes, for the producer.
